The construction and development of Lekki Port is being undertaken by Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited (a special purpose vehicle promoted by the Tolaram) & China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.

Tolaram has an expansive portfolio consisting of manufacturing, marketing and distribution, sales & service, logistics, real estate, energy and infrastructure businesses.

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC)
