Promoting a safe and healthy workplace for sustainable growth
On April 28, 2025, Lekki Port in conjunction with Lekki Free Port Terminal joined the international community in observing the World Day for Safety and Health at Work. The event underscored the importance of fostering a culture of safety and well-being in the workplace. With this year’s theme, ”Revolutionizing Health and Safety: The role of AI and Digitalization at Work”. ’Lekki Port reinforced its commitment to maintaining world-class safety standards across its operations.
During the event, Lekki Port’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team conducted awareness sessions, safety drills, and risk assessment workshops to ensure staff and partners are equipped with best practices for workplace safety.
