Lekki Port was honored to host a distinguished visit from President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, amidst his busy schedule of official commissioning activities in Lagos. The Board of Directors and Management extend their heartfelt appreciation to President Buhari for taking the time to pay a short visit to the port and for his magnanimous decision to integrate Lekki Port into the national railway line, ensuring efficient cargo evacuation.
The President was warmly received by key figures including Mr. Biodun Dabiri, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Alhaji Olabode Oyedele, Board Director; Du Ruogang, Managing Director; Mr. Haresh Aswani, Managing Director of Tolaram Africa; Prof Adesugba, Managing Director of Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA); Martin Chen, Managing Director of China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC); Denrick Moos, Chief Executive Officer of Lagos Freeport Terminal; Dinesh Rathi, Chief Executive Officer of Lagos Free Zone; and Xie Xan Ju, Managing Director of CHELE, among others.
